"Sophia the manager refused to honor the fact that I checked in online but an employee marked me off the list on accident. I had 3 kids and myself in the store, ready for 4 haircuts... about to drop a few $100 at least but she was so rude. I showed her I checked in online, showed her the confirmation (attached), but she would not honor it bc her computer didn't have me on the list anymore... then she told me to get in line as a walk-in and wait 20-30 mins with all 3 of my kids (all 5 and under) until the first of us could be seen. I wasn't on the list anymore bc another employee checked me in when it wasn't me... it was someone else so I got cleared off the list. I wish this branch had a manage who care about clients. The # of 1 star reviews for this location is staggering considering it's a haircut place."

"My son's hair salon shut down, so we decided to give Sports Clips a try. Stacy Rd location had too long of a wait, but this one had (supposedly) no wait, so we came here. We were "on deck" as soon as we checked in, but despite not being very busy, and lots of staff talking amongst themselves, it took about 20 minutes to actually get called back. Stylist was very sweet and gave an ok cut, but wasn't impressed with the service. Another mom in front of me was upset about something, and even asked for an apology, but didn't seem to get it. Wanted to like it, but we won't be back."

"Showed exactly what I wanted twice, and still got a buzz cut. I went from 2 inches to about 1/4 inch, and can't even style it. I've got about 3 weeks of growing before I can get back to what I carefully asked for."

"We walked in and got on the list. There were only 3 cutters working. We had 2 guys in front of us and one of the cutters was finishing up. Just then, the cutter that was finishing looked up and her brother walked in for a haircut. Not on the list , he skipped the line and got seated before everyone. This was extremely rude and not professional. We waited and when she came available, I asked her and she told me it was her brother and they are allowed to serve family members first. I also noticed the brother did not even pay. We waited until a different cutter was available and used someone else. Then tipped 50.00. This place needs to get their priorities in order. Shame"

"2 years ago I lost a bet, which meant I would have to grow my har out to donate. 2 years later, last week, I finally had it long enough to chop off and donate. Ashley did a wonderful job with the request, and did an even more amazing job with my haircut using only a single reference photo, after having to cut almost all of it off!"
