I am VERY disappointed my sons hair is ruined, I must now listen to kidz bop becuz its trash I asked for a simple haircut and they made me look donkey. Very angry!

I am extremely happy with my visit. I'm not 100% positive of the stylists name, but I believe it is Thuy. She was very kind, professional, and worked efficiently. My haircut and beard trim look great. I will most definitely be back to see her. Thank you!

I have been coming to this particular store for many years and checked in on line as always and arrived a full eight minutes before my scheduled haircut time. When I checked the board upon entering the store I noticed someone else had been awarded my spot. My stylist was cleaning up from the person who she had just finished with so I asked one of the other stylist at the front why I wasn't next since I had reserved a spot earlier and arrived before my allotted time. I was told that walk in's get served first which clearly doesn't make sense since I already checked in on line. Needless to say I will never use your place of business again if this is the way you treat good customers. Why have check in on line if you do not honor it? I would understand if I had been late but clearly I was on time and my stylist had not started on anyone. I should have been next especially since i followed your own rules.
